Also Lighthouse Restaurant is the only Restaurant in Hoi An which organizes cooking classes in combination with a bicycle tour. See the 'All in One Tours'. Before we start the cooking class we will take you to a local market. Here we show you the daily fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit, meat and fish. After the visit to the market we bring you with the Lighthouse Boat to our restaurant from where you have a fantastic view on the old quarter of Hoi An. During our cooking classes you realy have to make the delicious food your selve. It's a cooking class not a demonstration! When you book alone or just with 2 or 3 we don't mix with other guests. We use ingredients during our cooking classes which you also can get in your own country. Stoves, pans and other equipment are available and you get an apron to protect your cloth.The cooking classes will be obtained by Linh, who's doing the practical cooking and teaching. Hans (Netherlands) will take you to the local market and gives you information about food in relation with religion, tradition and superstition.
